Ramonda V. Joseph

Born and raised in the scenic Monterey Bay area, Attorney Ramonda V. Joseph began her career in the workers’ compensation field in 2009 and quickly found her passion. After earning her Paralegal Certification from California State University of Monterey Bay in 2013, she spent over a decade sharpening her skills as a Paralegal at a well-respected workers’ compensation defense firm.

Ms. Joseph then set her sights on law school at Monterey College of Law. After graduating from Monterey College of Law and passing the California State Bar Examination on her first attempt, she officially became an attorney in January 2025.

With her vast experience, boundless energy, and unyielding commitment, Ms. Joseph joined Dilles Law Group, where she brings her workers’ compensation expertise and passion to benefit our clients.

Personal

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Joseph is an avid gamer and music enthusiast. She also loves going to the movies and spending quality time with her dogs, fiancé, family, and friends. You can often find her sipping on her favorite coffee. These moments of relaxation and connection help her recharge and bring balance to her busy professional life.
